Steve is a lifelong resident of Walker County. He was raised in Boldo and has lived there all his life. Steve is a graduate of Walker High School, and has an Associate in Science in Basic Engineering from Walker Junior College.
 Steve has helped people with their housing needs since 1982. He also is an Alabama licensed Insurance Agent. Steve is highly experienced in the real estate mortgage, and insurance business. He has been active full time in real estate since 2003, and is serving all your real estate needs on a full time basis.
Steve is community minded and has served in the past as a trustee at Valley Jr High School, and he also has served as a past President of the Boldo Cemetery Association.
Steve is married to Tonya Bramlett Payne of Sayre. They have one son named Frankie Young Payne that attends Curry High School. The family attend and worship at Liberty Church of Christ in Boldo. Steve is active in teaching bible classes, and takes an active role in the services.
